How it works

You can reserve a seat one way or return. To guarantee a place, National Express  recommend you book in advance. Dot 2 Dot will need the following information:

Date of travel Your flight details Your pick-up or drop-off point (hotel, office or private address in central London or Canary Wharf) Number of people travelling Any specific requirements (eg child seat, assisted travel)

Leaving London

1. Regardlesss of where you are leaving from, you will be given a 15-minute pick-up window based on your flight time and check-in requirements
2. You need to be ready at the start of your pick-up window
3. Dot 2 Dot will text you a reminder 30 minutes before the pick-up window begins.
4. On a shared ride, punctuality is important, so please be ready to travel at the start of your journey
5. The driver will help you with your luggage as you board the London airport shuttle
6. You will be taken to the Departures door at your London Airport terminal and helped with your luggage as you leave the shuttle

Leaving London Heathrow Airport

Come to the Dot 2 Dot desk in your Arrivals Hall and we guarantee you will be on your way within 20 minutes for central London and 30 minutes for Canary Wharf

There are Dot 2 Dot desks at heathrow Airport terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5. For terminal 2, a Dot 2 Dot representative will come and meet you.
